Clara is a cardiologist who seems like she is taking a lesser job when she begins working at a new heart clinic. Declan a doctor who comes to work there, car crash, marries nurse Fiona. What stood out mostly was that I am not privy to the community created in the books. I am thinking if I read the books Chronologically then I would know the characters better. I have read other books of hers and remembered a little of Quentins and the Scarlet Feather when the character reappeared in this book.
